1. Introduction

Welcome to HeiroTech LLC. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (T&C) under which customers ("Users") can book appointments through our Microsoft Booking system.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking an appointment, Users agree to be bound by these T&C, as well as our Privacy Policy and any other applicable agreements.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking. Users must ensure compliance with appointment prerequisites or preparations as outlined by HeiroTech LLC.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Users can cancel or reschedule appointments according to our cancellation policy. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid any penalties or fees.

5. No-Shows and Late Arrivals

Appointments where the User fails to arrive ("No-Shows") or is excessively late may incur a fee or may not be eligible for rescheduling.

6. Services and Limitations

HeiroTech LLC provides services as described in the booking details. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason not prohibited by law.

7. Payment

Where applicable, payment for services booked must be completed in accordance with HeiroTech LLC's payment policies.

8. Privacy

User's personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

HeiroTech LLC reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Continued use of our booking system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, USA without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
